Internship AM

When carrying out the internship at a company or institute, the following conditions apply:

• The student takes part in the company or institute culture in general, including sharing the company-established balance between on-site and online work.

• The student takes part in the the day-to-day running of the company or institute similar to regular employees. This includes having regular consultation and interaction with colleagues and manager(s), and use of and access to the company-specific resources and tools applicable to the internship. Such resources and tools can be physical/on-site (e.g. measurement equipment, company machines and infrastructure) as well as virtual (online, software tools, databases, ...).

You are only allowed to start if you have an approved IEP.

Assessment:

- You need to write a report during the internship and send it to your company supervisor and the TU Delft coordinator on the final day of the internship.

- You need to write your reflection note and testimonial and send it, together with the report, to the TU Delft coordinator on the final day of your internship.

- Your company supervisor needs to send the evaluation within two weeks after the end of the internship to the TU Delft coordinator.

- The TU Delft coordinator needs to send the TU assessment rubric and the company evaluation form to the responsible instructor, within two weeks after receiving the evaluation from the company supervisor.

- When the responsible instructor has received all documents, including the two assessment forms, your grade will be processed within a week.

The responsible instructor is responsible for the final grading. The internship will be graded with a pass or a fail (not numerically).

Resit/ Repair opportunities:

In case of an insufficient result, repair opportunities may be offered in accordance with TER Implementation Regulations Art 5, sub 5., for:
