Statistical Inference

This course aims to provide a concise but comprehensive account of the essential elements of statistical inference and theory. The course focusses on a clear presentation of the main concepts and results underlying different frameworks of inference.

At the end of the course there will be a written on campus exam (3 hours) which counts for 100%. The assignments in the lecture notes are representative for the level and type of questions at the exam.

Resit/ Repair opportunities:

In case of insufficient results a repair option may exist in accordance with Article 2, Examination requirements, Clause 4, of the Implementation Regulations 2024-2025, for:

- Written exam: written or oral retake
