An emphasis on modeling using Differential Equations. Dimensional Analysis, Existence and uniqueness of solutions of initial value problems, Autonomous systems, Locally linear systems, Critical points, Periodic solutions, Stability theory, Elementary bifurcations.

The take-home exercises consist of 30 exercises. The oral exams will be held at the end of the course, and the student is only allowed to take part in this oral exam when at least 70% of the take-home exercises are done correctly. The take-home exam and the oral exam each count for 50% in the final grading of the course.

In case of insufficient results a repair option may exist in accordance with Article 2, Examination requirements, Clause 4, of the Implementation Regulations 2023-2024.
