Data science for Finance

An introduction into data science (also known as machine learning). The course provides an overview over the methods in this field as well as some hands-on experience. The mathematical and statistical principles of the methods are covered and for a few of them the participant is to work through Python (Jupyter Notebook) exercises, some of which are built on example code from the textbook.
