Technological Expertise in Public Debate

This course is focused on MSc and PhD students who are about to enter the professional field at companies, institutes or the university. As you take up a professional role in a large organization involving public work, public policy, and governance, you will take up a position as an expert. In three workshops students will engage both with the notion of "the expert" as well as with general concepts of debate and argumentation with the goal to develop specific debating and argumentation skills from the position of an expert in your future profession..

Parallel to the workshop, the students will bring what they have learned into practice by developing a pitch.
