Analyse 1

This is an introduction to analysis for functions of one real variable.

The following topics are treated:

- sequences

- series

- continuity

- differentiation

- integration.

There are two written partial exams. The midterm exam takes 2 hours and counts 25% of the final grade while the final exam takes 3 hours and counts 75% of the final grade. The resit exam fully determines the final grade (the partial exams will not contribute to the final grade in this case).

In case of insufficient results a repair option may exist in accordance with Article 2, Examination requirements, Clause 4, of the Implementation Regulations 2024-2025.

There are two ways to obtain a final mark for the course Analysis 1, TW1-22:

1. The final grade is determined by the grades of the partial exams, the first counting 25% and the second counting 75% of the final grade.

OR

2. The final grade is the grade of the resit. Earlier partial exam results do not count towards the final mark.
