Toetsing

Student performance in this course will be evaluated through three components:

  • Group assignment (60%): Strategic digital transformation plan - Students will work in teams to develop a strategic digital transformation plan for a real-world case. The results will be submitted as a PowerPoint report and presented in front of the class at the end of the course. Assessment will consider analytical depth, integration of theory and practice, feasibility of recommendations, and clarity of both the slides and the presentation.

  • Individual reflection report (30%) - Each student will submit a personal reflection report capturing key insights, learning outcomes, and future strategy considerations. Assessment will focus on originality of thought, critical reflection, and connection to course concepts.

  • In-class participation (10%) - Active contributions to class discussions, exercises, and group activities. Assessment will emphasize constructive engagement and collaboration.

The final grade will be calculated as the weighted sum of these three components. Detailed assessment rubrics will be provided to students in Lecture 1 via Brightspace.
