Toetsing

You are only allowed to take part in the exam after doing all the practical work and the mandatory sessions. The practical work is "valid" for a period of 2.5 years. After this period you would have to redo the practical work in order to take part in the exam.

The final grade consists of:

- part 1: Multiple Choice (written closed book exam), (max 33 points)

- part 2: 4 problems (essay type questions, written open book exam), (max 67 points)

Please Note: This exam is special in the sense that is a Dutch national exam, this means that the results are only available after the national exam committee has agreed on the results in a national meeting. In general this is 8-9 weeks after the exam.

The preferred examination method is on-campus as described above. If this is not possible, due to COVID-19 or other measures, the exam will be replaced by an online exam. This exam will consist of 15 short ready knowledge questions, followed by 2 essay type questions (written open book). The online exam can not result in a Dutch diploma for a radiation protection expert.
