Project Module 2: Integrating Legal Solutions for Impact Driven Development

Complex issues require sophisticated and well-designed solutions. This course will focus on the creation of a partnership arrangement or policy document aimed at approaching the SDG challenge(s) in the chosen organisation. Whilst forming and drafting the arrangement/policy, the project groups will get acquainted with different topics in the sphere of law and governance. Depending on the challenges faced by the organisations, the project groups can encounter different obstacles, such as the involvement of a widespread group of stakeholders or the navigation of an opaque set of rules and regulations. Through a multifaceted approach, students will develop the (professional and theoretical) skills necessary to identify and address these complexities, ensuring a comprehensive and strategic response to the legal aspects of their organisation's sustainability challenges.
