Object Oriented Programming

This course deepens your skills and conceptual understanding of programming. You will learn object- oriented Design (OOD) with UML and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with Java. UML and Java are industry standard design and programming languages used to develop enterprise software, desktop apps, web apps, mobile apps, games and much more. In this course, you will learn how to position the languages you learned so far, and what to use when: Low-code (TB141Ic), scripting (TB133d; TB142Ic) and object-oriented (TB241Ib). You will also familiarize yourself with Java development tools and practices that allow you to write clean and reusable code and to understand and modify existing ones easily. The skill set you will earn in this course can be useful, in the future, to design and build software tools and components, to update or upscale software, or to manage a java project.
