Applied Experimental Methods

This course guides students through a six-week "mini-graduation project" conducted in groups (3–5). Under the mentorship of coordinated supervisors, students will independently design, execute, analyze, and present an experiment involving human participants.

The final grade is composed of the following sub grades

• 10% Presentation 1: Hypothesis

• 10% Presentation 2: Methods

• 10% Presentation 3: Analyzing Results (two main results figures, explain)

• 20% First Draft for Paper

• 50% Final Paper

In case of unforeseen circumstances or measures resulting from COVID-19, the prescribed assessment can take place in a similar way.
