Honours Programme Seminars

HP students attend relevant seminars / lecture series organised by the Department of BioNanoscience or the Kavli Institute in Delft, or attend seminars at ErasmusMC (incl. Biomedical Sciences, Neuroscience, Hematology, Molecular Genetics) and write a brief report of the attended seminar. Invitations will be forwarded by the HP coordinator

Attending seminars outside TU Delft or Erasmus MC is possible, as long as they are related to the field of Nanobiology. Please get approval of the HP coordinator on beforehand.

Frequency: At least 12 seminars (6 per year) should be attended and reported following a report format. 50% of the seminars is required to be attended in Rotterdam and 50% in Delft.

Hours: 56. Every seminar is expected to take 4-5 hours: besides attending, make notes, and write a report, it is recommended to update yourself on beforehand on the topic, and look up the speaker's work and website. The template of the report is on BrightSpace.

It is highly recommended to hand in the first report, in order to see the level and format are correct. If so, you hand in the 12 reports at once, in order to finish this course.
