Freehand Sketching of Products and Mechanisms

Freehand sketching is a communicative and effective method for engineers and designers to convey ideas and share concepts with the various partakers in a design or development project. Although the definitions of a drawing and sketch overlap, in this class a sketch is defined as a 2-d (orthographic) or 3-d (mostly 2-point perspective) representation of an object or concept.

The course will help you learn to observe, to make choices in what to sketch, to understand special relationships better, to depict them manually, and to improve your motor skills (draw with vigour).
