Sketching and Visualization for Conceptualizing Thoughts

The contents of course concern: sketching, a theoretical framework, methodology for unambiguous drawing for communication, visual creativity techniques, using different programs for visual depiction and presentation.

Students' work will be assessed based on the learning goals as described above. Conform the constructive alignment method. The final result (grade) will be the average of the various sub-elements of this course, in which all assessment criteria are involved.

Submitted work will have a 'visual' character. To manage the time to spent on assignments in this course, the total of works to be submitted will be divided in 3 to 4 moments for submission of intermediate results.

As a final and separate deliverable, students are to assemble a portfolio of results and reflection.
