Workshop (2EC)

The Synergy Week provides a moment for the IDE student community to engage in important skill-development, community connection and reflection.

To support students who wish to harness the Synergy Week as an opportunity to practice and develop their workshop/facilitation skills, a set of 2 ECs (56hrs) is provided that formally recognises this educational experience and learning.

Two half day workshops

• LO1/2: A Workshop Plan (checked prior to delivery) – shared if working in teams

• LO3: Documentation of the Workshop – shared if working in teams

• LO4: Evaluation of Workshop outcomes – shared if working in teams

• LO5: Individual reflection - individual

For students working in teams of no more than 3, the group may submit a shared workshop plan where they must identify the individual contribution of each group member. Documentation of the workshop and evaluation is also a shared submission. However, the reflection must be individually prepared and delivered.
