BlueDot: Organisation

This project code is especially made for rewarding students who participated in the BlueDot Foundation as a member of the BlueDot Organisation. They are rewarded by ECTS points.

The Foundation BlueDot is a foundation for and by students with the objective to produce and market products designed by IDE students.

Every year the Foundation BlueDot has a new board and students may fulfill a role on that board..

One of the activities that BlueDot develops each year is a Design Competition for students where the winners may - with he support of BlueDot - further develop and produce their design. The winning products are marketed by BlueDot. This contest is organised by BlueDot Organisation.

Vision:
The BlueDot Foundation strives to support all motivated students to develop their product design concepts into feasible and successful products.
The Foundation thus creates a product portfolio, with which BlueDot can stand out as an innovative design label.
The proceeds from sales are invested in new projects so that BlueDot can, financially independent, continue to support students.
BlueDot Foundation aims to be a showcase of students creativity and diversity of Delft University of Technology.

To offer students a unique learning-experience by supporting them in the development of their product design concepts into a market-ready product.
