Repair and Recycling!

Repair and Recycle! addresses product lifetime extension and material recovery. RR! enables students to apply dedicated design approaches to improve the reparability and recyclability of products. The way in which products are designed determines the result of the repair process (fault diagnosis, dis and re-assembly, part replacement, testing) and the recycling process (collection, liberation, sorting, reprocessing). For improving on repair and recycling in practice, also the social, economic, and legislative aspects will to be considered.
