IC-Technology Lab

During seven half days the students, in groups of 3, will have the opportunity to gain experience in the process- and device-simulation of a MOSFET transistor. They will perform several processing steps in the Else Kooi Lab clean room and will measure and characterize the fabricated device. Enrollment through Brightspace, max course capacity is 36 students!
