Extension Research Internship

The CIEM0120 Research Internship (RI) is an engineering research or design project conducted in a professional environment. The topic of an RI must be of evident societal, entrepreneurial or scientific relevance and that it needs to be conducted in the professional environment that raised the quest. The professional environment the concerned project is conducted in, is reflected on. The elective course ENVM0121 acts as an extension of the base-module CIEM0120 Research Internship, for those students that would like to spend a whole quarter on the internship. As this is an extension of an existing course, with existing learning goals, the elective as such does not include additional learning goals.

See CIEM0120. The elective does not require additional, separate reporting on content. Assessment items need to include evidence/explanation of the implementation of the additional 5 credits. These additional credits are expected to be spent on additional data collection and/or analysis.NA
