This course offers a comprehensive exploration of project management principles with a specific focus on construction projects. In today’s rapidly evolving industries, projects are becoming increasingly complex due to technological advancements, ever-growing challenges, and heightened expectations for value creation. Effective project management in this environment demands not only technical proficiency but also strategic thinking.

The course equips participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for managing construction projects successfully. Topics include foundational project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies, as well as advanced perspectives on governance, stakeholder engagement, and value delivery.

While the primary emphasis is on the construction industry, the insights and competencies developed are broadly transferable to project-based roles across various sectors. By the end of the course, students will be well-prepared to lead projects, and understand what it takes to deliver them on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational and stakeholder objectives.
