Societal aspects of the entire public transport planning process and operations are discussed. Also, the (expected) impacts of new technologies and emerging modes on sustainability and equity will be evaluated. The part of the unit dealing with first and last-mile solutions will discuss bicycle-related and micromobility solutions.
