Thesis Preparation
Beschrijving
Throughout the course, the student develops a comprehensive work plan for an MSc thesis project over the course of seven weeks. The thesis project can be research or design-oriented. Each week, a specific section of the research or design plan is highlighted in the lecture. In addition to the weekly lectures, a writing lab is hosted weekly, featuring personal formative feedback on the student's current plans.
Special attention is paid to evaluating research risks (e.g., Human participation in research, data protection, and physical safety risks), professional and research ethics, Open Science, and FAIR data.

Formative assessment of workplan by the Responsible supervisor in week 4.
Formative assessment of the safety risks assessment, HREC and DMP by the Responsible supervisor in week 8.
