Professional Development Journey

In the Professional Development Journey course, students are supported in exploring their personal interests, motivations, and strengths. They attend thesis-topic presentations and reflect on how these align with their own development and future ambitions. The course also includes material that may help students examine their mindset, seek feedback effectively, and consider their role in new academic, social, or professional settings—such as internships or collaborative projects.

Optionally, students may reflect on meaningful experiences, clarify what matters most to them, and set personal goals for growth. Open dialogue and peer feedback can further support them in sharing insights and learning from others.

The main assessment of this course is an obligatory reflective assignment that is graded with Pass/Fail.

If an assessment is judged as insufficient, the student can write an extended assay on the topic to achieve a passing grade.
