The Berlage Sessions

The course is a thematic lecture series focusing on scholarly research and critical approaches to architecture discourse. The aim is to provoke dialogue and debate, engaging students in linking architectural thinking and practice to the history of ideas and changing social and cultural conditions. Invited speakers consist of international emerging and leading practitioners, scholars, and experts.

The course is organized by the Berlage Center for Advanced Studies in Architecture and Urban Design. Each semester's theme relates to the education and research programs of the Department of Architecture.
