Selected problems of theoretical physics illustrating power and beauty of the discipline.

In the semester, there are two tests based on multiple choice questions concerning the lecture material. By the end of the semester each student (or a team of two) should deliver their own creative problem on a topic of a lecture (explicit solution is not required). The score on the tests and the creative problem contributes to the final grade.

The final grade is set in course of oral examination by appointment. In order to make an appointment, it is required to produce and submit well-documented solutions of four problems, those are homework problems or creative problems contributed by students. The appointment for the oral examination should be made before the end of september.
